SDCC County Development Plan Submission 2021

South Dublin County Council commenced a review of the South Dublin County Development Plan 2016-2022 on the 31st of July 2020 and will create a new South Dublin County Development Plan for the period 2022 to 2028 over the next two years.

The South Dublin County Development Plan will set out the framework to guide future development where a focus will be placed on the places we live, the places we work, and how we interact and move between these places while protecting our environment. The aim is to progress to a more sustainable development pattern for South Dublin in the immediate and long-term future up to 2040 and beyond.
