Deputy Emer Higgins, TD for Dublin Mid-West visited Ballydowd School in Lucan, with Minister of State for Special Education, Josepha Madigan, and Local Area Reps Caroline Brady and Sikandar Jahanzab, for the opening of their brand new facilities, including new home economics & barista rooms.
