Huge Durga Puja Celebrations in Dublin

On 12 October, local Fine Gael TD and Minister Emer Higgins attended the vibrant Durga Puja Celebrations organised by Vedic Hindu Cultural Centre of Ireland (VHCCI) at the Ballymount Hindu Temple.

Pictured here, Minister Higgins joined in the festivities of one of the largest Hindu festivals, which last year attracted over 4,000 people.

The event holds deep significance, symbolising victory of good over evil and honouring the strength and resilience of women.
