Emer Higgins is the Fine Gael TD for Dublin Mid West and the Minister of State with responsibility for Business, Employment and Retail in the Deptartment of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
I am deeply committed to supporting the families and businesses within our constituency. I came into politics from business and have used my platform as a TD to champion businesses and women in business.
I’ve worked closely with Chambers of Commerce, employer representative groups, trade unions as well as so many SMEs in the vibrant local communities of Lucan, Clondalkin, Newcastle, Saggart, Rathcoole, Brittas, Palmerstown and Citywest.
I know there are many challenges ahead, but I want to make a positive impact for businesses and for the economy.
Businesses and workers are the fabric and backbone of our community and our economy. We need to protect that, and we need to support them.
